We place a "Best By" date on each of our fudge containers. The standard shelf life is 3 months.

Refrigerating our fudge can cause it to dry out; thereby, altering its taste and consistency. Storing our fudge at room temperature is preferable.

Yes, it can be frozen for up to 9 months. Follow these simple steps: 1) Wrap the fudge in its original container in aluminum foil. 2) Place the foil-wrapped container into a freezer bag. 3) Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy (up to 9 months). 4) When ready to thaw, remove the bag from the freezer but leave it wrapped in both the freezer bag and foil. 5) Allow fudge to thaw completely at room temperature before removing it from the bag and foil. This ensures that no extra moisture gets into the fudge.

Yes, fudge is naturally gluten-free since it is made with milk, butter, and sugar. Please be aware, however, that the following flavors do contain gluten additions: Cookie Dough, Cookies N Cream, and Rocky Road.

Some of our flavors contain nuts while others do not. However, ALL flavors are manufactured on the same equipment that processes wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, and egg. While we thoroughly clean each kettle, bowl, and all utensils between each use, we cannot say with 100% certainty that trace amounts of nuts are not transferred to another batch.

As a rule, our fudge does not contain eggs. However, our Divinity Pecan flavor does contain eggs which are utilized in its whipping agent.
